高校合同能源管理项目的特点分析——以上海大学宝山校区锅炉改造项目为例

摘　　要：上海大学宝山校区燃油锅炉改造及新能源利用合同能源管理项目在国内属于较早开展、节能和省钱效果较好的项目。文章对高校采取合同能源管理方式进行节能技术改造的必要性、可行性以及操作方法和项目实施结果进行了分析,并分析了各方可能面临的风险和规避方法;对今后高校等事业单位利用社会资金进行节能技术改造提供了较好的参考模板。The energy management contract in colleges and universities not only has important practical significance, but also has profound education significance and social impact. For the environmental pollution, the fuel boiler should be rebuilt in baoshan district Shanghai University. What＇s more new energy should be used. In this paper, it is necessary for the colleges and universities using the way of energy management contract for energy saving. It introduces the feasibility and practicable of Energy saving technical reconstruction by energy management contract, and analyzes the result of the project and the possible risks, offering the avoid method. This paper offers a better reference for Universities and other institutions for the future saving technical reconstruction with social capital.
