三峡库区农业土地资源问题及其可持续利用对策

摘　　要：随着三峡工程的建设和三峡水库的蓄水运行,三峡库区土地资源合理利用和生态环境建设日渐受到社会各界的关注。该文在介绍三峡库区农业土地资源特点的基础上,结合在三峡库首地区多年的监测研究结果,深入剖析了三峡库区农业土地资源面临的问题,并系统地提出了库区农业土地资源持续利用的对策,希望为西部大开发和长江经济带建设提供有价值的参考。With the building of the Three Gorges dam and the impoundment of the Three Gorges Reservoir,the utilization of agricultural land resource and the protection of environment in the area of the Three Gorges Reservoir has been gradually draw much attention. In this study,the characteristics of agricultural land resources in the area of the Three Gorges Reservoir were firstly summarized. Combined with the monitoring results of many years collected in the area of head part of the Three Gorges Reservoir,the problems of the agricultural land resources in the whole area of the Three Gorges Reservoir were then analyzed. Lastly,the countermeasures of sustainable utilization of agricultural land resources in the whole area of the Three Gorges Reservoir were proposed. This study will provide some valuable information for the development of the Western Region Project and the Yangtze River Economic Belt Project.
