摘　　要：目的:研究正常上皮细胞特异性-1基因(normal epithelial cell specific-1,NES1)在人正常子宫内膜腺上皮细胞和子宫内膜癌细胞Ishikawa中的表达。方法:原代培养人子宫内膜腺上皮细胞,用免疫荧光定量PCR及Western blot的方法检测NES1在子宫内膜腺上皮细胞和Ishikawa细胞中的表达。结果:成功培养人子宫内膜腺上皮细胞;NES1在正常人子宫内膜腺上皮细胞中表达,表达定位在细胞质。NES1在Ishikawa细胞中表达较在子宫内膜腺上皮细胞中明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:NES1基因表达缺失可能是子宫内膜癌的发生机制。Objective： To study the expression of normal epithelial cell-specific-1（NES1） gene in human endome_trial glandular epithelial cells and Ishikawa Endometrial adenocarcinoma Cells. Methods： Human endometrial glandular epithelial cells and cell culture of Ishikawa Cells were primarily cultured; Expression of NES1 in human endometrial glan_dular epithelial cells and Ishikawa cells were detected by immunofluorescence, real-time PCR and Western-blot. Results：NES1 gene was expressed in the cytoplasm of human endometrial glandular epithelial cells. There was remarkably less ex_pression of NES1 gene in Ishikawa cells than in glandular endometrial epithelial cells. Conclusion： The study suggested that loss or reduction of NES1 gene expression might play an important role in endometrial carcinoma occurrence.
