结肠癌患者术中联合留置消癌平注射液与5-氟脲嘧啶缓释剂的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨结肠癌切除术中腹腔留置消癌平注射液与5-氟脲嘧啶缓释剂后对患者术后疗效的影响。方法回顾性分析江苏省肿瘤医院2010~2011年收治的110例结肠癌切除患者,其中术中腹腔联合留置消癌平注射液与5-氟脲嘧啶缓释剂者58例,单独留置5-氟脲嘧啶缓释剂者52例,2组患者均随访3年,观察其不良反应及肿瘤复发率。结果 Dukes分期A期联合用药组与单独用药组的术后复发率均为0%;B期患者术后3年复发率分别为16.7%和25.0%,差异无统计学意义;C-D期患者分别为16.3%和45.9%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2组不良反应率分别为19.1%和18.3%,无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论术中腹腔联合留置消癌平注射液与5-氟脲嘧啶较单独使用5-氟脲嘧啶对结肠癌患者术后局部复发有良好的防治作用,患者耐受性良好,能提高结肠癌根治术后的疗效。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of xiaoaiping injection with 5-Fluoururacil release agent sus-tained implanted in abdominal cavity of patients with colorectal cancer during surgery operation. Methods 110 cases ofcolon cancer who received surgery between March 2010 and September 2013 were enrolled in this study. The patients wererandomly divided into drug combination group（receiving xiaoaiping injection with 5-Fluoururacil release agent, 58 cases）and single medication group（receiving 5-Fluoururacil release agent, 52 cases）. The curative effects were evaluated afterone and three years. Results No significant difference was found in the three-year recurrence rate of the patients with Aperiod of Dukes between the two groups. However, the three-years recurrence rate of the patients with B、C-D period in thesingle medication group was 16. 7% and 16. 3%, compared with 25% and 45. 9% in the drug combination group. And therewas significant difference between the two groups in period C-D patients（P〈0. 05）. Furthermore, the incidence rate of ad-verse reactions showed no significant difference between two groups. Conclusions The recurrence rate of peritoneal in-jection of drug combination could confer certain survival advantages for the patients with advanced colorectal cancer.
