摘　　要：企业学习是"卓越计划"培养方案中的重要环节,文章通过实例分析探讨应用型地方高校"卓越计划"企业学习目标、校企合作、企业学习之得失等,以期对同类型高等学校机械类专业推行"卓越计划"提供参考。Learning in enterprise is an important link of ″Excellence Program″.With the ″Excellence Program″for mechanics majors at CIT as an example,the paper explores the learning objectives,school-en-terprise cooperation and gains and losses of learning in enterprise model for the local application-oriented colleges,with the hope to provide reference for other similar mechanical programs.
