摘　　要：农村城镇化转型重物不重人,其发展缺失了美育导向。为实施城镇化转型中的美育教育,须以核心价值观为重心,促进人性＂真善美＂品质提升;以人的发展为基础,促进农村社会政治、经济、文化和谐;加强教育启蒙,促进农村文化娱乐活动的文明化。为此,有必要营造良好的环境条件：＂三农＂优先发展,缩小城乡差距并促进城乡一体化;政府＂监管＂到位,净化农村不良观念及违法行为;文化环境建设加强,丰富农村文化活动内容和形式。Rural urbanization transformation^s development is missing aesthetic orientation. For the implementation of the urbanization transformation of aesthetic education, the need to concentrate on core values and promote the human nature ＂true, good, virtue＂ quality improvement; On the basis of people＇ s development, promoting rural social politics, economy, culture and harmonious; Strengthen education enlightenment, and promote the civilized rural cultural and en- tertainment activities. Therefore, it is necessary to create a good environment conditions., priority to the development of ＂agriculture, rural areas and farmers＂, narrow the gap between urban and rural and promote urban--rural integration~ ＂Government regulation＂ in place, purify the rural poor concepts and illegal behavior; To strengthen culture construction, content and form rich rural culture activities.
