摘 要:新中国成立以来,我国公务员的薪酬制度一直处于比较混乱的状态,薪酬改革已多年未实施。2014年6月人社部公布此次公务员薪酬改革的基本方向,我国即将开展新一轮公务员薪酬改革。文章首先对我国公务员薪酬制度的历史进程和基本内容进行简述,并对前四次公务员薪酬改革的特点进行总结,其次对本次公务员薪酬改革的必要性进行分析,最后在此次薪酬改革方向的基础上提出具体的建议。Since the founding of new China, China's civil servant pay system has been in a chaotic state, pay reform has been implemented for many years. In June 2014, the Department announced the basic direction of the civil servant pay reform, China will launch a new round of civil servant pay reform.The paper first covers the course of history and basic content in wages of China's civil servant, and summarizes characteristics of the previous four pay reforms. Then it an^dyzes the necessity of reforming. Finally, some specific points are provided in the basis of reform' s direction.
