摘　　要：人体消化道存在大量细菌,肠道菌群调节着人体肠道免疫系统的成熟,其功能状态的改变与人体多种免疫性疾病、代谢性疾病等的发生、发展、转归密不可分,在宿主健康和疾病的发生、发展中起重要作用。该文总结肠道菌群的研究进展与现状,简介肠道菌群的构成以及生理功能,探讨肠道菌群与肠道疾病的之间的关系。Them are a lot of bacteria in the digestive tract of human, and the intestinal flora regulates the maturation of human intestinal immune system,the functional status of which is closely associated with a variety of human autoimmune diseases, metabolic diseases etc. , playing an important role in the health status of the host. Here is to summarize the research progress of intestinal flora,introduce the composition and physiological functions of the intestinal flora, explore the assoication between intestinal microflora and intestinal disease.
