摘　　要：牙槽裂植骨术是一种较理想的解决牙槽裂的方法,也是唇腭裂序列化治疗过程中的重要环节,然而在临床工作中一些学者对此还有一些争论。该文从多个方面进行评价分析,如牙槽裂分类、使用不同的植骨材料的进展、影响植骨术后效果的因素、牙槽裂植骨术技术的发展、手术的时机选择、对颌骨生长发育的影响及采用不同影像学方法的观察。Alveolar cleft graft is an ideal solution to the alveolar burst and is also an important link in the sequential management of patients with clefts of lip, alveolus and palate, however, some scholars still have controversies in the clinical work. Here makes an analysis of the topic from several aspects, such as classification of alveolar cleft, progress in use of different bone graft materials, the influencers on postoperative effect, the development of alveolar cleft graft surgery, surgical timing,influence on the jaw bone growth and develop- ment. and observation bv different imaging methods.
