泪道置管术联合中药口服治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究泪道置管术联合口服中药方剂对慢性泪囊炎的治疗效果。方法搜集2012年5月-2014年1月在我院门诊就诊的慢性泪囊炎患者236例(241眼),对照组用泪道置管术治疗;治疗组用泪道置管术加中药方剂口服,随访6个月,观察治愈率、拔管时间、不良反应和阻塞发生率。结果两者治愈率及阻塞发生率方面差异不明显(P>0.05),但治疗组的拔管时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论泪道置管术联合中药方剂口服,能够有助于疾病的治疗,减少拔管所需时间。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of lacrimal duct tube surgery combined with TCM oral prescription on chronic daeryocystitis. Methods Collecting 236 cases （241 eyes） of chronic dacryocystitis from 2012/05 to 2014/01 treating in our hospital out - patient treatment and dividing the eases into two groups. The control group was treated with lacrimal passage intubation and the treatment group was treated with lacrimal duct catheterization combined with TCM oral prescription. Clinical follow - up lasts for 6 months to observe the cure rate, extubation, incidence of adverse reaction and blocking time. Results The cure rate and blocking the incidence had no significant difference between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but the extubation time in treatment group was comparently shorter than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Lacrimal duct intubation combined with TCM Oral Prescription in treatment of chronic dacryocystitis can contribute to the disease in which reduces the extubation time.
