电针联合帕罗西汀治疗广泛性焦虑症的效果

摘　　要：目的研究电针联合帕罗西汀治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效。方法 81例广泛性焦虑症患者随机分入观察组（40例）和对照组（41例）,观察组患者同时接受20-40 mg/d的帕罗西汀及电针治疗,对照组仅接受20-40 mg/d的帕罗西汀治疗,疗程均为6周。采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）于治疗前、治疗后第1、2、4、6周末分别进行疗效评定。比较两组间疗效的差异。结果 （1）两组治疗后各时点HAMA总分与各自治疗前比较均明显下降（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。（2）治疗前,观察组和对照组患者HAMA总分分别为26.08±3.23和25.56±3.13,组间差异无统计学意义。但治疗后的第1、2、4周末两组间HAMA总分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,观察组明显低于对照组。治疗后的第1、2、4、6周末的HAMA总分降分率观察组均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。（3）第6周末的痊愈率观察组为65.0%（26/40）,明显高于对照组的41.5%（17/41）差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论电针联合帕罗西汀治疗广泛性焦虑症较单用药物治疗的疗效更好,起效更快,痊愈率更高,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with Paroxetine in treatment of patients with generalized anxiety disorders. Methods Eighty- one cases with generalized anxiety disorders were randomly divided into study group( n = 40) and control group( n = 41). All patients received Paroxetine 20- 40 mg / d for6 weeks. Patients in study group also received electroacupuncture for 6 weeks. Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale( HAMA)was used to evaluate the severity of anxiety before treatment and at the end of the 1st,2nd,4thand 6thweek after treatment.Results The HAMA total score was significantly reduced after treatment in both groups( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference between 2 groups in pre- treatment HAMA total scores( 26. 08 ± 3. 23 vs 25. 56 ± 3. 13). Whereas the HAMA total scores in study group were significantly lower than those in control group at all time points after treatment except for at the end of the 6thweek( P < 0. 05). And the reduction rates of HAMA total scores at all time points after treatment in study group were significantly greater than those in control group( P < 0. 05). The remission rate at the end of the6 thweek in study group was significantly greater than that in control group( 65. 0% vs 41. 5%,P < 0. 05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with Paroxetine has greater efficacy,remission rate and faster onset than Paroxetine monotherapy in treating generalized anxiety disorders.
