摘  要:催化剂的几何形状对其物化性能具有重要的影响,一个好的工业催化剂,不但要有高活性,同时还需要较高的测压强度、适宜的孔道结构,从而确保催化剂具有较好的床层压力降及使用寿命。在加氢精制反应过程中,一个几何形状理想的催化剂,将使反应体系中的物流分配、传质及传热、流体力学及床层压力降等更加合理。对不同形状催化剂进行物性考察试验,并通过加氢活性考察试验,确定最佳催化剂形状。研究表明,以催化柴油为原料,在氢分压6.0 MPa、温度为360℃、空速2.0 h-1、氢油比500∶1下,四叶草形催化剂具有较好的加氢性能。The geometrical shape of catalyst has important impact on physical and chemical properties. A good industrial catalyst no only has high activity, but also has good crushing strength and suitable structural channels, which make catalyst have batter bed pressure drop and working life. In hydrotreating reaction of diesel, the catalyst with an ideal geometry shape will make the raw material distribution, mass transfer and heat transfer, fluid mechanics and bed pressure drop of reaction system more reasonable. In this paper, physical and chemical properties of the catalysts with different shape were investigated; the optimal shape was determined by the hydrogenation activity test. The results show that, using FCC diesel as raw material, when the partial pressure of hydrogen is 6.0 MPa, the temperature is 360 ℃, the space velocity is 2.0 h-1, the hydrogen oil ratio is 500∶1, the four-leaf clover shaped catalyst has better hydrogenation performance.
