摘  要:青年教师是民办高校师资队伍的主干力量。近年来上海市的民办教育事业发展迅速,但是青年教师流失的问题成为制约民办高校长远发展的重要因素。基于上海市某民办高校的个案调查发现,城市环境的影响、物质利益的冲突、个人发展的需求、校园文化的缺失是民办高校教师流失的主要原因。民办高校应努力建立和健全人才管理机制,给教师提供较好的物质待遇,为青年教师制定良好的个人发展计划,创立积极和谐的校园文化。In recent years young teachers have gradually become the main force of the teaching staff in civilian colleges and universities. The past decade has witnessed the rapid growth of civilian universi- ties in Shanghai.However,the problem of brain drain has become the biggest obstacle of the sustainable development of civilian universities.A case study of one of the civilian universities in Shanghai reveals that such factors as the city environment,material gains, personal development and school culture all affect the growth of young teachers.It is necessary for civilian universities to provide good deve CU oping platforms, rich material supplement, scientific teacher management and harmonious school ture for the fast and healthy growth of young teachers.
