摘  要:试验探究在玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加益生菌及有机酸复合制剂对青脚麻鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质及消化代谢的影响。320只1日龄青脚麻鸡,随机分为4个组,每组8个重复,每个重复10只。试验1组(正常蛋白对照组)饲喂基础日粮,试验2组(正常蛋白试验组)饲喂基础日粮及复合添加剂,试验3组(低蛋白对照组)饲喂低蛋白日粮,试验4组(低蛋白试验组)饲喂低蛋白日粮及复合添加剂。试验期为52d。结果表明:与对照组相比,低蛋白试验组1~21日龄日增重、均重,以及52日龄活重、放血重、胸肌重、腿肌重显著提高(P〈0.05);除胸肌剪切力和腿肌滴水损失外,各组肉品质、肌肉常规成分均无显著影响(P〉0.05);低蛋白试验组血清总胆固醇含量显著提高(P〈0.05),正常蛋白试验组血清甘油三酯水平下降(P〈0.05),血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平上升(P〈0.05);两个试验组胰腺中的胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶活性均高于相应对照组,其中低蛋白试验组淀粉酶活性显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),黏膜中的麦芽糖酶活性在正常蛋白组降低,但在低蛋白组显著升高(P〈0.05);各组间养分利用率总体差异不明显(P〉0.05),但低蛋白试验组1~21日龄粗蛋白利用率显著高于其对照组(P〈0.05);正常蛋白试验组肠道乳酸杆菌菌落数显著提高(P〈0.05),但各组大肠杆菌菌落数差异不显著(P〉0.05),提示添加益生菌和有机酸复合制剂,可以提高青脚麻鸡的生产性能、屠宰性能、消化酶活力,尤其是在低蛋白水平下效果更为明显。To explore the effects of dietary compound preparation with probiotics and organic acids on growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality and digestive metabolism,320 cyan-shank partridge chicken at 1 day of age were divided into 4 groups with 8 repeats per group,10 birds per repeat. In the 4 groups,group 1 (conventionalprotein control group)was fed basic diet, group 2 (conventional-protein treatment group)was fed basic diet adding compound preparation,group 3 (low-protein control group)was fed low-protein diet and group 4 (low-protein treatment group) was fed low-protein diet adding compound preparation. The experiment lasted for 52 days. The results were as follows: Live weight, body weight without blood, breast muscle weight, leg muscle weight at 52 days of age and daily gain,average body weight at 1 to 21 days of age in group 4 were significantly higher than those of group 3 (P〈0.05); Serum total cholesterol levels of group 3 was lower than that of group 4 (P〈0.05), triglyceride level of group 1 was higher than that of group 2 (P〈0.05),but high-density lipoprotein cholesterol level of group 1 was lower than group 2 (P〈0.05);Trypsin, amylase and lipase activities in the pancreas of treatment groups were higher than those of the control groups, and amylase activity of group 4 was significantly higher than group 3 (P〈0.05) ;Maltase activity of group 2 was significantly lower than group 1,which of group 4 was higher than group 3 in mucosa (P〈0.05);The differences of nutrient utilization rate among groups were not obvious (P〉0.05),but crude protein utilization of group 4 was higher than group 3 at 1 to 21 days of age (P〈0.05);Group 2 had a significantly higher colony number of intestinal Lactobacillus than group 1 (P〈0.05),and there were not significantly different in colony number of colibacillus among groups (P〉0.05). It was suggested that the adding of compound preparation with probiotics and organic acids could improve growth
