职业危害对妊娠期手术室护士的影响及其伦理对策

摘　　要：职业危害会损害妊娠期手术室护士身心健康、降低其职业幸福感,甚至会影响胎儿的健康。其影响因素主要有物理、化学、生物、心理社会、职业、个人及医院管理等。为预防妊娠期手术室护士的职业危害,医院需要加强职业防护的伦理化管理,制定健全的规章制度;手术室需要加强职业防护知识教育,合理排班和完善休假制度,规范操作行为和预防措施;妊娠期护士要提高自我防护意识,提高预防职业危害的能力,减少职业危害的发生,保护自身和胎儿的健康。Occupational injury will damage the health, reduce the professional happiness of pregnancy nurses of oper- ating room, and also affect the fetal health. The reasons for the occupational injury are mainly physical, chemical, biolog- ical, psychosocial, occupational, personal, hospital management factors. To prevent occupational injury of pregnancy nur- ses, the hospital should strengthen ethics management and develop sound regulations. The operating room needs to strengthen knowledge education, reasonably set schedules and improve vacation systems, regulate operations and preven- tive measures. Pregnancy nurses of operating room should raise awareness of self-protection, improve the ability to prevent occupational injury, reduce the incidence of occupational injury to protect the health of themselves and the fetal.
