摘　　要：通过回顾性分析某院小儿外科2012年1月~2013年10月发生的21例护理不良事件,找出护理不良事件的发生与相关护理人员责任心不强,核心制度执行不力,告知、宣教、沟通不到位及服务对象的特殊性等有关。为避免小儿外科护理不良事件的发生,确保患儿住院期间的安全,应加强对护理人员伦理知识的培训,提高护理人员责任心,加强核心制度的落实,提高护理人员的沟通能力,做好入院宣教,建立良好的护患关系,合理配置护理人力资源,改变护理人员超负荷工作状态,从而提高小儿外科护理质量。In this paper, the causes oi 21 cases ot nursing aoverse events from janualy z.t^La tu ~,utou rospectively analyzed in a hospital. The nursing adverse events were related to personnel＇s weak responsibility sense, the core system of enforcement, inform, education, communication does not reach the designated position, and the particulari- ty of the service object and so on. To prevent the occurrence of pediatric surgical nursing adverse events and ensure the safety of the children＇s hospitalization, it should strengthen the training of nursing ethics knowledge, improve nursing staff the sense of responsibility, strengthen the implementation of the core system, improve nurses＇ communication ability, com- pletes the hospital propaganda and education, establish a good relationship between nurses and patients, the rational allo- cation of nursing human resource, change the paramedics overworked state, so as to improve the quality of pediatric surgi- cal nursing.
