摘  要:为消除温度对伽马传感器产生的非线性影响,提出一种伽马传感器全温度范围补偿方法。确定伽马传感器全温度补偿试验的温度点选取方法;利用数据窗口选取各温度点对应的样本数据段,满足窗口内数据误差最小;对数据段内的伽马传感器测量值进行异常值检测与剔除,使结果符合3σ准则;选取合适的基函数建立伽马传感器测量值全温度补偿模型。提出一种模型评价函数,通过不断迭代找到评价函数值最小值,此时对应的基函数加权系数及基函数个数即为最优的伽马传感器测量值全温度补偿模型参数。实际测试数据表明,所建立的温度补偿模型可以消除伽马传感器的温度漂移造成的误差,实现全温度范围内补偿,从而提高仪器的测量精度。In order to eliminate the temperature non-linear effects on the gamma sensor,a whole temperature range gamma sensor compensation method is presented.Firstly,the gamma sensor whole temperature compensation temperature test points is selected; secondly,the data window is utilized to determine the corresponding data samples at each temperature point,whose data error is minimum within the window; after that,the outlier detection and elimination of data samples is carried out to meet the three σ criteria; finally,the appropriate basis function is chosen to establish the whole temperature compensation model for gamma sensor,wherein a model evaluation function is proposed.The minimum value of the evaluation function can be found through continuous iterations,herein the corresponding basis function weighting factor and number of basis functions are the optimal model parameters.The proposed method is then applied to the actual gamma sensor temperature test data.The results indicate that the proposed model can eliminate the errors caused by temperature drift of the gamma sensor,and achieve the whole temperature range compensation,thereby improving the accuracy of the instrument.
