摘 要:对2005年以来河南省金属氧化物避雷器运行中发生或发现的典型故障进行分类介绍和原因分析,认为省内避雷器主要存在密封不良造成内部受潮性能劣化;绝缘缺陷造成内部局部放电、过热或闪络;或外绝缘积污致热、避雷器附件缺陷等问题。提出应严格控制避雷器制造、运输、安装及交接验收等各个环节,注重避雷器日常红外热像检测、例行试验,加强日常的运行维护和检测。通过本文的介绍可为省内今后类似避雷器事故分析和总结提供了一定的借鉴意义。The faults and typical defects in service of MOA in Henan province since 2005 were classified and analyzed. They were attributed to that the MOA internal damp and abnormal degradation of varistors caused by the sealing defect, the internal partial discharge, overheating or flashover caused by the arrester insulation defect, overheating of external insulation due to pollution, or the lightning attachment defects and other issues. It is proposed to strictly control the manufacturing, transporting, installating and hand-over testing process,strengthen the daily infrared detection, routine tests, diagnostic tests, maintenance and monitoring. Through this paper it can be provided some analyzed and summarized reference of the similar arrester incidents in Henan.
