摘　　要：将行为学的理论和方法引入了作战指挥效能评估的研究,研究了行为分析视角下指挥行为的实质和特性,给出了基于行为学的作战指挥效能评估的一般方法,分析了行为学理论在作战指挥效能评估的应用前景。This paper applied behavior theory and method to commanding efficiency evaluating,worked on the essence and features of command behavior,and advanced the general method of operation commanding efficiency evaluating based on behavior theory,and then analysed the prospect of behavior theory applied in commanding effectiveness evaluating.
