摘　　要：通过分析某型稳压保护单元的功能、电路组成和动态性能特点,研究该单元的检测项目、测试要求和工作环境模拟方法,提出了稳压保护单元的离线检测方案和实施方法,并利用模拟仿真、传感器技术和数据采集卡,建立智能检测的硬件电路及软件结构,实现了对稳压保护单元进行静态电位、动态调节性能及特殊条件工作状况的离线测试.通过进行离线测试和实时监控,达到了准确记录和分析测试结果、判断故障部位和评价整体性能的效果,能满足稳压保护单元的技术保障需求.Based on an analysis of function,circuit components and dynamic performance for one type of voltage stabilization protection unit,this paper studies testing items,testing requirements and operation environment simulation method,and presents an offline testing program and implementation method for the voltage stabilization protection unit and to do this,analog simulation,sensor technology and data acquisition card are utilized,establishing intelligence hardware circuit and software structure.Thus,offline test on static potential and dynamic adj ustment performance,and test in special operating conditions for voltage stabilization protection unit is realized.By means of offline test and real-time monitoring,testing result can be recorded and analyzed,fault can be located and overall performance can be evaluated precisely, which meets the technical support needs for voltage stabilization protection unit.
