摘  要:采用分散液液微萃取方法提取番茄汁中三种杀菌剂(三唑醇、灭菌丹、五氯硝基苯)和四种苯甲酰脲杀虫剂(除虫脲、杀铃脲、氟铃脲、氟苯脲)两类农药,高效液相色谱法对提取组分进行测定。最终确定了以255μL二氯甲烷作萃取剂和1.0m L甲醇作分散剂最佳萃取条件;色谱条件为:反相C18色谱柱分离,甲醇∶乙腈∶水=50∶25∶25(v/v,甲酸调p H=3.7)为流动相,紫外检测波长225nm;七组分在所测范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.9992,方法检出限在0.2-2.0ng/m L之间,相对标准偏差小于3.4%。Employing dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) method to extract the three kinds of fungicides and four kinds of benzoylurea pesticides in tomato juice. Triadimenol, Folpet, PCNB, Diflubenzuron, Triflumuron, Hexaflumuron, Teflubenzuron were separated by reversed -phase High Performance liquid chromatography. Finally, we identified the Optimum extraction conditions (255μL of Dichlormethane as extracting agent and 1.0mL of methanol as dispersant) A Diamonsil C18 (5μm, 250mmx4.6mm i.d) was used for separation of the target compounds. The mobile phase was the mixture of methanol,aeetonitrile and water (50:25:25,v/v, the pH was adjusted by formic acid to 3.7) and detection wavelength was 225nm. The linearity of regression equations were good in the range of measuring amount, with correlation coefficients were greater than 0.9992, Limit of detection is 0.2-2.0ng/mL, The relative standard deviations (RSD) were less than 3.4%.
