车间行车增加激光测距控制改造

摘　　要：本文通过运用激光行走测距传感器作为检测手段，在行车原有的计数器控制基础上，增加激光测距控制，通过DCS编程及组态，使两者可以相互切换，增加设备控制的可靠性，保证当一种控制出现问题时能及时切换，减少对生产的影响，提高生产效率及自动化水平。In this paper, through using of laser range finder sensor walking as a means of detection, base on driving the original counter control to increase the laser ranging control. Thanks to the DCS programming and configuration, the two methods can be switched with each other to increase the reliability of equipment control. Ensured that when a control problem comes out can be timely handover, reduce the impact on production, improve production efficiency and the level of automation.
