摘  要:目的分析黔北地区大学生营养不良的危险因素,为提出改善营养不良防治措施提供科学依据。方法采取整群随机抽样法调查黔北3所高校393名大学生,以BMI来评价大学生营养状况,以营养不良者为病例组,营养正常者为对照组,进行单因素和logistic回归分析。结果黔北地区大学生营养不良113人(28.8%);经单因素及多因素分析结果显示:女生(VS男生,OR3.137,95%CI=1.773-5.552)、有挑食/偏食习惯(VS无,OR1.959,95%CI=1.259-3.049)是大学生发生营养不良的危险因素。结论应加强黔北地区在校大学女生营养知识、行为健康教育,以期降低营养不良的发生。Objective To analyze the malnutrition risk factors among college students in northern of Guizhou,and provide a basis for improving malnutrition in the students. Methods A random sample of 393 students in 3colleges were surveyed for the evaluation of college students' nutrition status through body mass index( BMI).Students with malnutrition were compared with normal ones by univariate analysis and logistic regression models.Results The prevalence rate of malnutrition was 28. 8% in northern of Guizhou. Univariate and multivariate analysis showed that gender( girl VS boy,OR 3. 137,95% CI,1. 773-5. 552) and habit of dietary bias( with VS without,OR 1. 959,95% CI,1. 259-3. 049) were the risk factors of malnutrition in college students. Conclusion Nutrition knowledge and behavior health education should be strengthened to reduce the malnutrition. among college girls in northern of Guizhou.
