摘  要:采用盆栽模拟实验、固相萃取-高效液相测谱技术等方法 ,研究了土壤外源金霉素污染对小白菜幼苗生长发育的毒性效应,以及CaCl2水溶液、Na2EDTA-M缓冲液和甲醇等化学提取剂对土壤外源金霉素的提取率,并利用统计学方法分析了金霉素对小白菜的生态毒性效应与不同化学提取剂对金霉素提取率的相关性.结果显示,1-100mg/kg金霉素胁迫下,小白菜幼苗的叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛及抗氧化酶均受到不同程度的影响.土壤中可被CaCl2水溶液提取的可溶态金霉素为26%-45%以上的金霉素可以被Na2EDTA-M缓冲液提取,甲醇的加入可将Na2EDTA-M缓冲液对金霉素的提取率升高22.00%-25.20%.统计数据表明,金霉素胁迫下小白菜的叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、MDA以及SOD和POD酶活性等生理指标与CaCl2水溶液和Na2EDTA-M缓冲液对金霉素的提取率之间有显著的正相关.本研究将化学表征法与生物毒性指标相结合以更好地评估土壤中金霉素的生物有效性及其生态风险.Pot experiments in laboratory and solid phase extraction-HPLC spectrum measurement technology were used to investigated the toxic effect of exogenetic chlortetracycline(CTC)on Chinese cabbage seedling and the extraction ratio of CTC extracted by CaCl2 solution,Na2EDTA-M buffer and methanol.And then the relationship between the toxic effect of CTC and its extraction ratio was analyzed by the statistical method.The results show that the chlorophyll,soluble protein,MDA and antioxidant enzyme were influenced stressed by 1.0-100mg/kg CTC.26% -45% of CTC in soil could be extracted by CaCl2 solution,while more than 50% of CTC could be extracted by Na2 EDTAM buffer.Methanol promoted the extraction ratio of CTC with the range of 22.0% -25.2%.Statistics showed that there was a significant relationship between the physiological indexes of Chinese cabbage(including chlorophyll,soluble protein, MDA,SOD and POD)stressed by CTC and extraction ratio of CTC extracted by CaCl2 solution and Na2EDTA-M buffer.Chemical method and toxic index were combined in order to predict the bioavailability and ecological risk of CTC well.
