摘　　要：在师资队伍建设中,"双师型"教师队伍的建设尤为重要,高素质"双师型"教师是培养高素质应用型人才的前提条件,本文在总结目前社会和教育界对"双师型"教师理解的基础上,分析了武汉商学院"双师型"教师的现状,探索了学校"双师型"教师队伍建设的对策。The construction of dual-qualification teachers is especially important that of teaching staff. The cultivation of high-qualified teachers is the prerequisite for the training of high-qualified applied talents. This paper,on the basis of the understanding of dual-qualification teachers from the society and educational circles, analyzes their current situation and explores the countermeasures to build dual-qualification teaching staff in Wuhan Business University.
