肠外营养对鼻咽癌放化疗患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肠外营养对鼻咽癌放化疗患者免疫功能的影响。方法将58例鼻咽癌患者随机分为两组,各29例。两组均行放化疗,并给予自然饮食,观察组同时给予肠外营养治疗。观察两组治疗前后免疫功能指标变化情况。结果两组治疗前CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD19+、CD4+/CD8+、CD16+56+比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组上述指标治疗前后比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD16+56+均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),CD8+较治疗前升高(P<0.05);两组治疗后比较,观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD16+56+高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论行放化疗鼻咽癌患者同时给予肠外营养治疗,能明显改善患者T淋巴细胞亚群及自然杀伤细胞免疫功能。Objective To investigate the effect of parenteral nutrition on the immune function of patients undergoing nasopharyn -geal carcinoma chemotherapy.Methods Fifty-eight cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 29 cases in each group,both the groups underwent chemoradiation therapy and were given natural diet ,but the observa-tion group received the additional treatment of parenteral nutrition ,and the indexes of changes of immune function of two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD8^＋,CD19^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋ and CD16^＋ changes showed no significant difference in the two groups before treatment （ P 〉0.05）,and the above indexes of the observation group before and after treatment showed no sig -nificant difference （ P 〈0.05）.CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋,CD16^＋56^＋ of the control group were lower than that before treatment （ P〈0.05） but CD8 ＋increased（ P 〈0.05）,and the above indexes of observation group after treatment were higher than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment combined with paren -teral nutrition treatment can significantly improve the lymphocyte subsets and natural killer cell immune function of the patients .
