摘 要:考察了在河南、河北、山东等省种植面积较大且新收获的小麦品种西农979、郑麦7698、矮抗58、泛麦8号、良星66、济麦22等感染米象虫卵后其子代成虫羽化初现时间、羽化高峰时间、羽化终止时间、子代成虫数量、从卵至成虫的平均发育历期等,计算小麦品种对米象的敏感系数.主要结果为:米象在不同小麦品种间的平均发育历期、子代成虫数量以及小麦对米象的敏感系数SI值等差异性显著,如米象在济麦22中的平均发育历期为42 d,在良星66中的平均发育历期为35 d.子代成虫数量在郑麦7698中最少(21头),在矮抗58中最多(62头);郑麦7698对米象的SI值为7.76,矮抗58对米象的SI值为11.02等.不同小麦品种间米象成虫的羽化初现时间、羽化高峰时间和羽化终止时间差异显著,但大小变化与敏感系数SI值在小麦敏感性上表现不一致.不同小麦品种感染米象后,不同时间的质量变化差异不显著.结果表明:不同品种的小麦对米象的敏感性差异显著;不同小麦品种中,米象子代成虫数量与敏感系数SI值的大小成正相关,平均发育历期与敏感系数SI值成负相关,羽化时间与小麦的敏感性不具对应性;感染害虫后小麦质量变化与品种对害虫敏感性相关性小.The susceptibility of several varieties of newly harvested wheat, involved in Xinong 979, Zhengmai 7698, Aikang 58, Fanmai 8, Liangxing 66 and Jimai 22, from Henan, Hebei and Shandong provinces which have large wheat planting area were compared by studying the adult emergence beginning time, the emergence peak time, the emergence ending time and the adult number of progeny as well as the average development duration after the wheat was infested by Sitophilus oryzea (L.). The results indicated that different varieties of wheat had significant difference in average development duration, adult number of progeny, and susceptibility coefficient (SI value ) to Sitophilu~ oryzea (L.). For instance, the average development duration of Sitophilus oryzea (L.) was 42 days in Jimai 22, and was 35 days in Liangxing 66. The adult number of progeny was the least (21 adults ) in Zhengmai 7698, and was the largest (62 adults ) in Aikang 58; the SI value of Zhengmai 7698 was 7.76, and the the SI value of Aikang 58 was 11.02. The adult emergence beginning time,the emergence peak time and the emergence ending time in different wheat varieties had significant difference, but were inconsistent with the SI value. After infested by the insects, the wheat samples of different varieties had no significant difference in weight change at different time. The results showed that different wheat varieties had significant difference in susceptibility to the insect; in different wheat varieties, the adult number of progeny was in positive correlation with the SI value ; the average development duration was in negative correlation with the SI value ; the emergence time was uncorrelated with the SI value; and the weight change of wheat sample infested by the insects had poor correlation with the SI value.
