摘 要:针对薄热浸铝镀层钢板冲压过程的过度减薄、起皱等问题,对冲压成形后的汽车发动机隔热罩进行板料厚度值的试验测试分析,利用Autoform软件对其冲压成形过程进行有限元模拟仿真。以减薄率为优化目标,对摩擦系数、压边力、拉延筋拉延系数等参数进行优化设计。研究结果表明:优化后的板料减薄率均有所下降,板料最大厚度减薄由仿真前的-29.75%降至-25.71%,达到零件所要求的5%^-26%,优化效果明显;优化后的摩擦系数由0.135下降为0.1328;拉延系数从0.5下降为0.415,压边力从100 k N增加到114.315 k N。因此,根据有限元模拟优化结果对薄热浸铝镀层钢板的冲压工艺进行优化改进,可以有效预防钢板冲压成形中缺陷的产生。For the excessive thinning and wrinkling defects in the stamping process of the hot-dip aluminum-coated steel sheet, the thickness of the sheet was measured for engine shroud of automobile formed, and the stamping process was simulated by the finite element analysis with Autoform software. The thinning rate was selected as the optimization goal, meanwhile friction coefficient, blank holder force, drawbeads, drawing factor and other parameters were optimized. Research results show that the thinning rate of sheet declines after optimization, and the maximum thinning rate decreases from -29. 75% to -25.71% which reaches the requirement of the part thinning rate from 5% to -26%. The effect of optimization is evident. After optimization, the friction coefficient decreases from 0. 135 to 0. 1328, drawing coefficient decreases from 0. 5 to 0. 415, BHF increases from 100 kN to 114. 315 kN. Thus, the stamping process of the hot-dip aluminum-coated steel sheet is improved by the finite element simulating optimization, and effectively in preventing defects produced in steel stamping process.
