摘  要:利用网袋、浮器、枯草芽胞杆菌、缓释培养基有机组合成固定化枯草芽孢杆菌净化器。通过36 d的试验,结果显示固定化枯草芽孢杆菌净化器组水体p H稳定,化学需氧量(COD)降低33.5%,氨氮降低,亚硝态氮未升高,硝态氮保持恒定;固定化枯草芽孢杆菌净化器组池塘中异养菌总数未出现明显升高,弧菌数量差异不显著,芽胞杆菌数量增加。养殖鱼类增重率显著高于对照组。固定化枯草芽孢杆菌可以起到良好的调节水质效果,有效时间长,成本低。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of immobilized Bacillus subtilis purifier,which consists of mash bag,floating device,B.subtilis,and sustained release medium,on the purification of aquaculture water.After 36-d experiment,the p H value of water was kept stable,while the chemical oxygen demand(COD) was decreased by 33.5%as compared to the control,the ammonia nitrogen content was lowered,and nitrite nitrogen content and nitrate nitrogen content remained stable.The total heterotrophic bacterial counts,the number of vibrios stayed steady,and the B.subtilis counts were increased.The fish weight gain in immobilized B.subtilis purifier treatments was higher than that in control.It is suggested that immobilized B.subtilis purifier could improve water quality for a long period of time at a low cost.
