舒胃汤对功能性消化不良(肝胃不和证)患者5-HT、SS的影响

摘　　要：目的观察舒胃汤对功能性消化不良(FD)肝胃不和证患者临床疗效,并探讨其部分作用机制。方法将FD(肝胃不和证)患者40例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各20例,对照组给予胃苏颗粒治疗,观察组给予舒胃汤治疗,治疗4周,观察治疗前后临床症状及体征的改变,同时检测血清中5-羟色胺(5-HT)、生长抑素(SS)含量变化。结果观察组总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组之65.00%;与治疗前比较,两组治疗后症状积分均显著改善(P<0.01),治疗后组间比较,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后5-HT、SS明显降低(P<0.05),治疗后组间比较,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒胃汤治疗FD(肝胃不和证)有较好疗效,其机制可能与降低血清中5-HT、SS的含量相关。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and its mechanism of the method of Shuwei Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach.Methods：40 cases of patients,conforming to the diagnostic criteria of functional dyspepsia with syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach,were chosen from the Digestive outpatient department of Internal Medicine,who were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,20 patients in each group.They were treated with Shuwei Decoction and Muxiangshunqi pills separately for 4 weeks.The changes of the clinical symptom and sign were observed before and after treatment.Besides,the contents of 5-HT and SS in serum were measured.Results：（1）with the total effectiveness 90％ of the treatment group and 65％ of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P＜ 0.01）;（2）compared with pre-treatment,the difference of the symptom integral of the two groups after treatment（P＜ 0.01）,as well as after treatment between the two groups （P ＜ 0.05）,was statistically significant ; （3）compared post-treatment with pre-treatment,the difference of 5-HT and SS were decreased statistically significantly （P＜ 0.05）;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.Conclusion：Shuwei Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach may decrease the content of serum 5-HT,SS and thus improve the clinical symptoms.
