热敷透骨草组方辨治妇科肿瘤术后急性粘连的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察热敷透骨草组方辨治妇科肿瘤术后急性粘连的临床效果。方法将85例妇科肿瘤术后急性粘连患者随机分为两组,对照组予以透明质酸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用透骨草组方热敷治疗。两组疗程均为4 d。结果急性粘连程度上,对照组轻度、重度发生率分别为31.71%、21.85%;观察组分别为52.27%、4.55%。在致密程度上,对照组致密率为33.9%,不致密率为66.1%;观察组致密率为34.09%,不致密率为65.91%。两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组在肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、排便时间、腹痛恢复时间上明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率6.81%,明显低于对照组的41.46%(P<0.05)。结论透骨草组方热敷辅助治疗妇科肿瘤术后急性粘连临床效果显著。Objective：To investigate effects of the hot Speranskia prescription treatment on postoperative adhesions in gynecological surgery in order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods：85 patients were randomly divided in two gruops：the control group and the observation group.The control group received hyaluronic acid treatment,while the observation group were treated with hot Speranskia prescription.Each course of treatment lasted for 4 days.Results：In the degree of adhesion,mild and severe occurrence rates were 31.71％ and 21.85％ in the control group,observation group 52.27％ and 4.55％.In the dense degree,33.9％ in the control group was dense,non-dense rate 66.1％ ;dense rate in observation group was 34.09％,65.91％ non-dense.The difference was statistically significant （P＜ 0.05）.Compared with the control group,the observation group had a shorter time in the recovery time of bowel sounds,exhaust time,defecation,the recovery time on abdominal pain.The total incidence rate of complication in the observation group was clearly lower than that of the control group.Conclusions：The hot Speranskia prescription treatment on postoperative adhesions in gynecological surgery has a significant clinical effect.
