摘　　要：列宁的"灌输论"是列宁主义的重要组成部分,是思想政治工作的重要原则与方法的统一体,在指导我国思想政治工作上发挥了重要的作用。马克思主义意识形态灌输工作在任何时候都不能放松,尤其是在全球化不断加深,我国社会转型的关键时期,更要加强思想政治灌输工作,更好地应对来自国内外意识形态领域的诸多挑战,进一步巩固马克思主义的指导地位,巩固全党和全国各族人民团结奋斗的思想基础。This paper shows that Lenin＇s Indoctrination Theory, as an important part of Leninism, is a unity of the important principles and methods of the ideological and political work, which plays an important role in guiding the ideological and political work in our country. The indoctrination work of Marxism-Leninism ideology can＇t be stopped at any time, especially in the key period of globalization and social transformation in China, in order to meet types of challenges from domestic and foreign ideological spheres, to consolidate the guiding position of Marxism, and to consolidate the ideological foundation of the unity of the CCPC and people of all ethnic groups.
