国有中小型企业组织变革阻力分析及应对策略——以某军工企业为例

摘　　要：在综合应用组织变革相关理论的基础上,以某军工企业为例,通过问卷调查和数据统计方法,对各组织变革阻力因子进行描述性分析、差异分析以及相关关系分析,并以此提出国有中小型企业组织变革的应对策略。Based on the related theory of organizational transformation, we make the descriptive analysis, differ- ence analysis and reloted analysis on the sample data of a military enterprise through questionnaire surveys and statistic methods. We also propose some strategies to the organizational reform of small and medium - sized state - owned enterprise on such results.
