摘　　要：近些年来随着人民生活水平的提高,脂肪肝这一肝脏代谢性疾病常见之于临床,其中包括酒精性脂肪肝、糖尿病性脂肪肝、肥胖性脂肪肝、药物性脂肪肝及营养失调性脂肪肝[1]。因此,加强其防治,对于提高人们的健康具有重大的现实意义。我们认为,毒邪在脂肪肝的发病、进展中起着不容忽视的作用,应加强毒邪对其致病作用的研究。In recent years, with the improvement of people＇s living standard, fatty liver which is the liver metabolic disease is common in clinic, including alcoholic fatty liver, diabetic fatty liver, obesity fatty liver, drug fatty liver and even nutritional disordered fatty liver. Therefore, to strengthen its control, it is realistic to improve the health of the people. We think the toxin plays an important role in the proceeding of fatty liver,so we should strengthen the study on its pathogenicity effects.
