摘　　要：目的:观察牵正散加味治疗Bell麻痹的临床疗效。方法:将65例Bell麻痹患者随机分为两组,治疗组在常规西医治疗基础上辨证口服中药煎剂,对照组采用常规西医治疗;比较治疗前后两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组治愈率、总有效率与对照组相比较,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:牵正散加味治疗Bell麻痹具有良好的临床疗效,优于西医常规治疗。Objective：To observe the curative effect of Bell＇s palsy with modified Qianzheng powder. Methods ：65 cases of Bell＇ s palsy were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine Western medicine and the treated group was accepted with oral decoction of TCM and routine Western medicine, comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after the treatment. Results ：There was significant difference in the curative rate between the two groups. Conclusion：Modified Qianzheng powder has outstanding advantages for Bell＇s palsy especially for improving the clinic effect.
