摘　　要：“卓越医生教育培养计划”是国家深化医药卫生体制改革的重大项目，是推进医学院校临床医学教育综合改革、创新人才培养模式、提高人才培养质量的有效途径。本文从”卓越医生”医学机能实验课程体系的优化、人才培养模式的改革与创新等方面进行分析与探讨”卓越医生”班机能实验教学的改革。＂Excellent doctor education training plan＂ is a major item in deepening the medical and health system retorm tor our nanon, it is the effective way to promote the comprehensive reform of clinical medicine education in medical universities, innovate talent training mode, and improve quality of personnel training. In this paper, the authors analyze and discuss functional experimental teaching reform of excellent doctor class based on the optimization of medical function experimental curriculum system, the reform of personnel training mode, the innovation of experimental teaching management mode, and others.
