摘　　要：通过比较与分析经济合作与发展组织(OECD)国家在医保制度改革中的措施及经验,系统综述了医保制度改革的特点及趋势,为完善我国医保制度提供循证基础。Through comparing and analyzing the practices and experiences from the reform of the health insurance system in Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development（OECD） countries, the characteristics and trends of medical insurance systemwas systematically described, so as to provide evidence-based foundation for implementing medical insurance system in China.
