摘　　要：参考近年来国内外的研究成果,对医疗费用上涨的原因、医疗费用的控制方法、医疗保险在医疗费用中所起的作用等问题进行阐述,并对医疗保险费用的发展趋势进行归纳,明确医疗保险在医疗费用控制中所占有的重要地位,并为医疗保险的进一步改革提供依据。In recent years, the over increasing total cost of the medical care had been a common problem for all the countriesaround the world. Therefore, controlling the over-increasing speed of medical costs on the assumption of meeting the need of socialmedical care had became an important problem facing in current medical reform analysis. Medical insurance was considered as themost effective method of controlling the increase of medical costs. Taking domestic and foreign research result as references, the reason for the increase of medical costs, the controlling method of medical costs and the role of medical insurance in medical costs weredescribed, the development trend of medical insurance expense was summarized, the important role of medical insurance in the control of medical costs was cleared, so as to provide evidence for further reform of medical insurance.
