摘　　要：该文描述了进气活门漏油现象,根据试验故障现象,运用头脑风暴列出了影响进气活门密封特性的各类原因及其特点,再运用Minitab软件对各个数据进行统计分析,找出影响进气活门漏油的关键因素——组件中扭簧和活门座的相关尺寸在设计上存在缺陷,并用大量的试验数据充分证明了观点,最后提出了的故障预防措施以及对改善结果的控制措施。This paper describes the intake valve leakage,according to the test failure phenomenon,brainstorm a list of the intake valve sealing characteristics influence the types of causes and characteristics,and then use Minitab software for statistical analysis of individual data to identify affect the intake valve leakage key factors-torsion spring assembly and valve seat dimensions related defects in design,with a large number of experimental data proved the views,concludes fault prevention and control for improved outcomes measures.
