摘  要:目的观察血管内皮生长因子A(VEGF-A)和细胞核增殖抗原(Ki67)在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达,研究VEGF-A与膀胱移行细胞癌中淋巴管密度(LVD)和微血管密度(MVD)是否有关。方法采用免疫组织化学方法观察VEGF-A及Ki67在60例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达,用D2-40标记淋巴管,CD34标记微血管,进行淋巴管和微血管的计数。结果 VEGF-A阳性组的LVD和MVD与阴性组的LVD和MVD比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。淋巴结转移组的LVD和MVD与未转移组的LVD和MVD比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。Ki67阳性表达率与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论在膀胱移行细胞癌的淋巴管生成和微血管生成中VEGF-A发挥重要作用。Ki67可作为膀胱移行细胞癌转移趋势的有效指标。Objective To research the relevance between vascular endothelial growth factor A ( VEGF-A) and lymphatic vessel density ( LVD) and microvessel density ( MVD) as well as the role of VEGF-A in lymphangiogenesis and angiogenesis in bladder transitional cell carcinoma , the expression of VEGF-A and Ki67 were measured .Methods VEGF-A and Ki67 expression were studied by immunostain in bladder transitional cell carcinoma .Lymphatic vessels and microvessels were detected by D 2-40 and CD34 respectively .Results Higher LVD and MVD were shown in VEGF-A positive group than in VEGF-A negative group respectively (P〈0.05). LVD and MVD were significantly higher in lymph node metastatic group than in nonmetastatic group (P〈0.05). Ki67 expression was closely associated with lymph node metastasis in bladder transitional cell carcinoma respectively (P〈0.05).Conclusions VEGF-A plays an important role in lympangiogenesis and angiogenesis in bladder transitional cell carcinoma .Ki-67 can be used to predict the metastatic potential of bladder transitional cell carcinoma .
