两种漱口液对手足口病患儿口腔溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的为了探讨针对纠正口腔异常p H值而配置的漱口液和常规漱口液对手足口病的疗效差异。方法我们将2012年10月至2013年6月期间我科收住的200例手足口病患儿随机平均分配为实验组和对照组进行对比研究。实验组使用配置漱口液方案,对照组使用常规漱口液方案。结果实验组患儿的口腔疼痛减轻程度和疼痛好转时间指标均显著优于对照组。结论提示配置漱口液针对手足口病的疗效明显优于常规漱口液。应用针对患儿口腔p H值的配置漱口液方案有助于提高对于手足口病口腔溃疡的治疗水平。Objective To explore for correcting abnormal oral pH and mouthwash and conventional configuration of hand , foot and mouth disease curative effects .Methods We analyzed in October 2012 to June 2013 admitted during the period of 200 cases of children with hand , foot and mouth disease average random distribution as the experimental group and control group .Experimental group using the configuration mouthwash solutions and the control group using conventional mouthwash .Results From the study found that children with oral pain relieve pain degree and turnaround time index were significantly better than the control group .Tip configuration mouthwash for hand , foot and mouth disease curative effect is superior to conventional mouthwash . Conclusions Application for children with oral and pH configuration mouthwash solutions help to improve the level of oral ulcer with hand , foot and mouth disease treatment .
