培美曲塞联合顺铂同步放化疗治疗局部晚期肺腺癌的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察培美曲塞联合顺铂(PC方案)同步放化疗治疗局部晚期肺腺癌的近期疗效。方法局部晚期肺腺癌患者82例,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组采用培美曲塞联合顺铂化疗,对照组化疗方案为多西他赛联合顺铂(DC),两组均给予同步放疗,观察两组近期疗效及不良反应情况。结果两组近期有效率与疾病控制率无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组不良反应少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用PC同步放化疗治疗局部晚期肺腺癌具有与DC方案相近的临床近期疗效,但不良反应较少,患者耐受较好。Objective To observe the short-term efficacy of concurrent radio-chemotherapy of pemetrexed combined with cis-platinum （PC scheme）in the treatment of locally advanced lung adenocarcinoma.Methods 82 patients with locally advanced lung adenocarcinoma were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with PC chemotherapy,and the control group was treated with docetaxel combined with cisplatin （DC）chemotherapy.The two groups were given concurrent radio-chemotherapy. The short-term efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The short-term effective rate and the control rate of disease showed no obvious difference between the two groups （P〉0.05 ）,but the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion The cura-tive effect of PC concurrent radio-chemotherapy is similar with DC therapy in the treatment of locally advanced lung adenocarcinoma,but it has less adverse reactions and good tolerance.
