摘 要:果蔬采后病害往往造成巨大的经济损失,通常采用的化学杀菌剂有一定的毒性,影响人体健康且造成环境污染,因此无毒无污染的酵母菌作为生防制剂用于拮抗果蔬采后病菌有着广泛的应用前景。该文综述了拮抗酵母在防治果蔬采后病害方面的研究进展,主要包括拮抗酵母的种类、筛选、作用方式、拮抗机制以及如何提高其生防效力等几个方面,分析了应用抗拮酵母菌存在的问题,并对其商业化前景进行了展望。Postharvest diseases of fruits and vegetables caused huge economic losses, due to the toxicity of chemical fungicides usually adopted, which will harm human health and contribute to environmental pollution, demand for the non- toxic and pollution-free biocontrol agents becomes urgent,as one of them, yeast has a broad prospect of application in antagonism of the postharvest pathogens. This paper reviewed the research progress of antagonistic yeast in terms of prevention and control of postharvest disease of fruits and vegetables, including the species, screening, mode of action, antagonistic mechanism of antagonist yeast and how to improve its performance and other aspects. The problems exist in application of the anti-antagonistic yeast were analyzed and the prospect of its commercial application prospect were also discussed in this review.
