摘　　要：ERP系统是企业信息化管理最先进的手段之一,它实现了对企业整个供应链和整个信息系统的管理。实施ERP系统是一项非常艰巨而棘手的任务。本文通过对涟水RH超市调研,分析ERP系统建设现状及存在问题,并提出解决ERP应用问题的措施,以此进一步提高RH超市的ERP运行效率,进而促进RH超市快速发展。ERP system is one of the most advanced means of the informatization management of the company. It realizes the management the whole supply chain and information system of the company. The implementation of ERP system is a very difficult and pressing task. Through the research of Lianshui RH supermarket, this paper analyzes the construction situation and existing problems of ERP system and puts forward the measures of solving the application problems of ERP to further improve the efficiency of ERP in RH supermarket, and then accelerate the development of RH supermarket.
