摘　　要：本文对工程测量学进行了定义,指出了该学科的地位及研究应用领域,阐述了工程测量学领域通用和专用仪器的发展。结合科研和开发实践,简单介绍了地面控制与施工测量工程内外业数据处理一体化自动化系统——科傻系统。最后展望了21世纪工程测量学若干发展方向。This paper defines engineering surveying, puts forward the status and the field of researches and applications of this subject and expounds the development of universal and special equipment in the field of engineering surveying. Combined with the practices of research and development, it simply introduces the integrated automation system of the inside and outside data processing of ground control and construction surveying engineering： COSA. Finally, it looks forward the development direction of engineering surveying in the 21st century.
