摘　　要：随着新型装备的不断列装,装备使用和维修任务发生了变化,士官的任职能力相应地有了新的要求。在此形势下,部队士官的岗位需求也发生了变化。并且随着部队现代化、正规化建设的不断发展,士官担任的岗位增多,随之而来的培养要求也越来越高。本文就这些现状,并根据这些现状提出了并行式教学的改革方法。With continually included in the army of the new equipment, the use and maintenance tasks of the equipment are changed, the new requirements of sergeants＇ serving abilities are also changed. With the continuous development of the modernization and regularization construction of the army, the positions of sergeants are increase, the train demands are higher and higher. According to the situations, this paper puts forward the profession concurrent reform of the situation.
