摘 要:目的:分析基层妇幼卫生人员工作满意度量表的效度和信度,为基层妇幼卫生人员工作满意度研究提供科学的测量工具。方法:根据国内外已有的医务人员工作满意度量表及对实际工作的参与式观察,提炼形成基层妇幼卫生人员工作满意度的初始条目;根据山东及云南两地的基层妇幼卫生人员286人的现场调查结果,利用内容效度指数及探索性因子分析方法、Pearson相关分析、同质性检验、分半信度评价量表的效度及信度。结果:根据因子分析结果,基层妇幼卫生人员工作满意度量表由4个维度构成,可归纳为自我感受及反馈、管理制度及方法、工作特性、财政激励。总量表Cronbach’α系数为0.975,各维度Cronbach’α系数介于0.881-0.939之间,总体分半相关系数为0.976。结论:基层妇幼卫生人员工作满意度量表具有良好的效度、信度,适合用作基层妇幼卫生人员工作满意度研究的测评工具。Objective: To analyze the validity and reliability of job satisfaction scale for primary maternal and child health care staff, provide scientific measuring tool for studying job satisfaction degree of primary maternal and child health care staff. Methods: Accord- ing to existing job satisfaction scale for medical staff at home and abroad and participant observation on practical work, the initial items of job satisfaction scale for primary maternal and child health care staff were developed ; according to field investigation results of 286 primary mater- nal and child health care workers in Shandong and Yunnan, content.validity index, exploratory factor analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, homogeneity test and split - half reliability were used to evaluate the validity and reliability. Results: According to the results of factor anal- ysis, the job satisfaction scale for primary maternal and child health care staff were composed of four dimensions : self - perception and feed- back, management system and method, job characteristics and financial incentive. Crenbach's α coefficient for the global scale was 0. 975, while Cronbach's α coefficients for four dimensions ranged from 0. 881 to 0. 939 ; the correlation coefficient for half - split reliability test was 0. 976. Conclusion: The validity and reliability of job satisfaction scale for primary maternal and child health care staff are good, the scale can be used as measuring tool for studying job satisfaction degree of primary maternal and child health care staff.
