摘  要:目的建立榆叶合叶子黄酮类成分的微乳薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)-正丁醇-正庚烷-水组成的微乳体系为展开剂,对榆叶合叶子的全草和花的提取物进行薄层层析,考察微乳薄层中的微乳液类型、酸度等因素对黄酮类物质分离效果的影响。结果含水量75%(O/W)的微乳液-甲酸(9∶1)为适宜展开剂,与传统有机溶剂展开剂相比,分离得到的斑点数目更多,更加清晰,分离度更好。结论黄酮类成分的微乳薄层鉴别方法简便易行,重复性好,可作为榆叶合叶子药材的薄层鉴别方法。Objective To establish a new method on the identification of flavone in Filipendula ulmari by microemulsion thin-layer chromatography.Methods The flowers and herbals samples of Filipendula ulmari were eluted with the developer of SDS-n-C4 H9 OH-n-C7 H16-H2 O to investigate the effects of the microemulsion types and acidity.Results The flavone was separated entirely by the developer of water content of 75% (O/W)of microemulsion.Compared with the other organic developers,more spots were i-dentified and the resolution was improved markedly.Conclusion This method of microemulsion thin-layer chromatography was easily adopted, with good repeatability, which could be used as a quality identification of flavone in Filipendula ulmari .
