摘  要:[目的]制备330 g/L二甲戊灵微囊悬浮剂,筛选出合适的溶剂、乳化剂及其他助剂,探讨高剪切转速、固化温度等因素对成囊的影响,并对其性能进行表征。[方法]以甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)和己二胺(HDA)为聚合单体,采用界面聚合的反应工艺对二甲戊灵包囊,并添加分散剂、增稠稳定剂和防冻剂等助剂,最终制得二甲戊灵微囊悬浮剂。[结果]确定最佳条件:选用溶剂油200#为溶剂,Span-80、Tween-80复配乳化剂,8 500 r/min进行高剪切乳化,在70℃保温固化2 h,最后加入NNO、黄原胶、白炭黑及乙二醇,得到稳定的二甲戊灵微囊悬浮剂。[结论]该制剂性能指标检测合格,包覆率高,且微胶囊形态好,化学结构稳定,界面聚合工艺操作简便,条件温和,速度快,适合工业化生产。[Aims] The optimum formula and technological conditions of pendimethalin 330 g/L aqueous capsule suspension (CS) were obtained. The effects of solvents, emulsifiers, inert ingredient, emulsification stirring speed, and curing temperature on the formation of microcapsule were studied, and then the quality specifications of microcapsule were measured. [Methods] With toluene-2,4-diisocyanate (TDI) and hexamethylene diamine (HDA) as monomers, microcapsule of pendimethalin was prepared by interracial polymerization. Then, the pendimethalin CS was prepared by adding inert ingredient such as dispersant, thickener, stabilizer, and antifreeze agent under stirring. [Results] The optimal technological conditions were as follows: solvent oil 200~ as solvent, Span-80 and Tween-80 as emulsifiers, stirring for emulsifying at the speed of 8 500 r/min, and the curing of microcapsule under 70℃ for 2 h. Then NNO, xanthan gum, silica, and glycol were added for the preparation of the pendimethalin CS. [Conclusions] The results of the formulation physical-chemical properties tests showed that all indexs of pendimethalin 330 g/L CS met the standards of CS. The entire processing conditions of interracial polymerization are simple, mild, fast, and suitable for industry.
