20%精甲霜灵悬浮种衣剂手性液相色谱分析

摘　　要：[目的]建立高效液相色谱手性柱分离测定20%精甲霜灵悬浮种衣剂中甲霜灵手性异构体的分析方法。[方法]采用Chiralcel OJ手性柱,以正己烷-异丙醇(体积比70∶30)为流动相,用紫外检测器(波长220 nm),对试样进行分离和定量检测,外标法定量。[结果]方法线性相关系数为0.999 6,平均回收率为100.1%,标准偏差为0.051,变异系数为0.26%。[结论]该方法实现了对悬浮种衣剂中甲霜灵手性异构体及相关杂质的有效分离,方法简便,精密度和准确度高,线性范围满足测定需要。[Aims] The chiral column high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of metalaxyl-M flowable concentrates for seed coating （FS） was established. [Methods] The sample was separated by Chiralcel OJ column with n-hexane-isopropanol （70：30, by vet） as mobile phase, detected by UV detector at 220 am and quantitated by external standard method. [Results] The linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 6. The average recovery, standard deviation and variation coefficient were 100.1%, 0.051 and 0.26%, respectively. [Gonelusions] The effective separation of chiral enantiomers and impurities in metalaxyl-M FS was achieved. The method is simple and convenient with high precision and accuracy, in addition, the linear range can meet the demand of analysis.
